Following form submission, our team will reach out to you within the next business day to extend an invitation for a temperament assessment and a complimentary day visit to the House for your dog(s). Upon approval of the assessment, your membership or daily drop-in pass will commence.

• Vet records must be submitted prior to your temperament assessment appointment.
VET RECORDS
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
• DPP (Distemper, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza) - 3 years
• Bordatella - 1 year
• Rabies
• Spayed/neutered if your pup is 8 months (female) and 12 months (male) or older
• Influenza & Lepto Shots are strongly encouraged but not required
• We also recommend getting your Bordatella shots every 6 months if your dog(s) frequent other dog parks
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
• We welcome social dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes that have a history of positive interactions with other dogs and people.
• Dogs must be in good health with no digestive upset or visible signs of illness before entering the House.

Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Once our team has reviewed your application and your vet records have been approved, you will be invited to visit the House for a temperament assessment before purchasing a membership or daily drop-in pass.
The temperament assessment is an opportunity for your to visit our facilities and check our our amenities, while we check out your pup(s).

As a note, you and your partner or family member are allowed to be on one membership and can attend separately as a member. Also, please reach out to our concierge directly at concierge@houndhouseto.com if you are applying for a Puppy Pal Membership (no dogs) and would like to stop by the House for a free visit.
